Your spot is always reserved — no stress about losing your walker to a waitlist. Like a gym membership, missed walks are not credited. We appreciate notice for a missed walk at least 1 business day prior.

Life happens! If you give us ample notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate occasional changes but rescheduling is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Need more walks? You can always upgrade or add extras a la carte.
